Eae galera, blz ?!

Fiz a compra de 1.100 COD POINTS (Call of Duty MW) no site da MICROSOFT, a compra foi concluída normalmente, mas depois de entrar no jogo meus COD POINTS não estavam disponíveis, imaginei que tivesse dado algum erro e verifiquei novamente o recibo de compra,
mas não houve nenhum estorno ou algo do tipo, constando ainda como confirmada a compra.

Já abri um ticket de reclamação na ACTIVISON, mas pergunto aqui vocês, já que o suporte não está disponível.:

Alguém se identifica com o meu caso ? Passaram por alguma situação igual ou bem similar, se sim, como foi o desfecho ?

Caso tenham alguma dica ou informação relevante, agradeço.

I made the purchase of 1,100 COD POINTS (Call of Duty MW) on the MICROSOFT website, the purchase was completed normally, but after entering the game my COD POINTS were not available, I imagined that i had given some error and checked again the purchase
receipt, but there was no reversal or something like that, also appearing as confirmed the purchase.

I have already opened a complaint ticket at ACTIVISON, but I ask you here, since support is not available.:

Does anyone identify with my case? Have they experienced any similar or similar situation, if so, how was the outcome?

My request was denied by Microsoft because I bought COD points with it and then used those to buy the Battlepass bundle. I think they are saying because I used the COD points I can't get a refund from them which I think is
[Mod removed] because I didn't receive what I purchased with the points.

Yes as stated in the support article from Activision. Though only those you've unlocked on the battle pass will be shared.
