Olá, me chamo Daniel de Andrade. Perdi meu celular hoje por volta das 19hs e logo consegui rastrear onde ele estava e recuperar, quando fui conferir vi que fizeram uma compra online indevida com um cartão de crédito que não sei de quem é. Fico com medo de
ser algum cartão roubado ou clonado e prejudicar alguém. Tentei cancelar mas não foi possível, tentei entrar em contato com a Microsoft mas não consegui. Como proceder? Quero cancelar essa compra pois não fui eu que realizei ou mesmo deixar registrado que
invadiram minha conta. Já realizei a troca de senha. Obrigado!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases.Here is some additional information regarding the refund process.

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn
How
to complete the refund request form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you accidently purchased a game or subscription. I suggest you check out and fill a
Refund Request Form. Some regions may need to contact their regions
Xbox Customer Support
for assistance. Also, there is an option for purchase control already in place you can find it by going to your "Settings" under "Account" there is an option that says "Sign in, Security, and Passkey" press "A" on that then go in there and "Create
a passkey" Hope this helps!

In order to cancel any charge, a refund would be in order. Keep in mind that this will mean you will return the item that you were charged for.

The refund procedure has been streamlined to become a self-service option now. You would need to

request a refund on your end in order to start the process.

You must make sure you are signed into the account that purchased this item, as this will be the only way to see the items that are eligible for a refund.
