Prezados na quinta feira, 20 de dezembro de 2018 recebi um SMS da operadora do meu cartão de crédito referente a compra realizada em MICROSOFT XBOX OFFICE no valor de R$49,00 (NFes de numero
32871338 emitida em 21/12/2018 as 03:39:23) e somente ao chegar em casa descobri que tratava-se de uma compra de um produto (Pedido 6745908583) (Q.U.B.E. 2,
Trapped Nerve Games, Quantidade 1 )feito por meu filho de 10 anos e obviamente sem minha autorização, tal compra se realizou sem a solicitação do código de segurança
do cartão de credito e até mesmo sem conformação por e-mail ou texto via celular, até então eu nunca havia comprado nada além da assinatura da Live, então pensei que haveria a opção de cancelamento/estorno porém infelizmente não há esta opção por não se tratar
de um jogo.

Entretanto segundo o código de defesa do consumidor eu tenho até 7 dias para solicitar o cancelamento do produto ou serviço conforme descrito no art. 49 do CDC que informa sobre a desistência em 7 dias a contar da assinatura ou recebimento do produto
ou serviço sempre que a mesma ocorrer fora do estabelecimento comercial.

Como a Live não possui esta opção e o jogo em questão jamais deveria ter sido comprado peço que seja feito o cancelamento até porque estou reclamando no mesmo dia da compra indevida e mais acredito que deveria existir a opção de bloqueio por senha para
adquirir qualquer coisa na Live pois assim como eu outro possuem filhos menores e uma vez adicionado o cartão de crédito o mesmo não pode ser removido por estar ligado a assinatura da Live, o que também não acho correto mas por hora segue a dica de em uma
próxima atualização seja introduzido algum bloqueio ou controle de compras na Live.

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn
How
to complete the refund request form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you accidently purchased a game or subscription. I suggest you check out and fill a
Refund Request Form. Some regions may need to contact their regions
Xbox Customer Support
for assistance. Also, there is an option for purchase control already in place you can find it by going to your "Settings" under "Account" there is an option that says "Sign in, Security, and Passkey" press "A" on that then go in there and "Create
a passkey" Hope this helps!

In order to cancel any charge, a refund would be in order. Keep in mind that this will mean you will return the item that you were charged for.

The refund procedure has been streamlined to become a self-service option now. You would need to

request a refund on your end in order to start the process.

You must make sure you are signed into the account that purchased this item, as this will be the only way to see the items that are eligible for a refund.
