Composite to HDMI

I'm sorry if this has been asked a thousand times over. I just inherited an old xbox 360, the very first generation without hdmi and my TV has no composite input. I'm currently using it with an old scart-adapter I have (my TV only has hdmi + scart), and
the graphics are pretty bad. Will it improve if I get a composite to hdmi converter?

There are no composite cables nor a composite slot on the Xbox One consoles, only HDMI. If your TV does not support HDMI then you should look into getting an HDMI to Composite converter such as the one provided in the link below.

The graphics would probably improve for you, yes but you would still experience issues with the graphic and sound content.

Have you considered finding a cheap used TV specifically for the console?

 

I have the sound hooked up to my stereo, and it works great. And I don't really have any issus at all except for the bad graphics. I guess the scart doesn't give more than about 480p or something, which means even getting it up to 780p with a hdmi converter
would be a great improvement, if it actually works..

 

Going away from 480i/p greatly improves the quality of your signal and display. So yes. Move away from it. You'll get richer colours, and it will look overall, sharper than it did.

 

SCART and composite are pretty bad choices for modern video game consoles. It might be better to get a new TV that has component inputs which can get you 1080p resolution if the TV supports it. You would also need a XBox 360 component cable which may not
be as easy to find nowadays.
