Complicated Problem about my account and playing Dragon Age

Ok so I didn't know where specifically to post, so I figured I post this here considering it's associated with the dragonagekeep website where you can customize your world settings if you don't want to spend the time playing through dragon age 1 and 2 all
the way through for saved worlds. So I wanted to get my own custom story right...ran into a problem. #1, the page doesn't really load on my xbox one in internet explorer. Like it just won't load, keeps giving me errors. I can login but that's about all I can
do through the internet explorer on the xbox one.

Problem #2 comes in where when I did try and recognize a world state via doing dragonagekeep on a different device than my browser, it couldn't find it and from researching the problem people said you need to make sure your xbox and PC origin accounts are
linked. So I tried doing that but can't as it says it can't find any account associated or it runs into an error.

Problem #3 comes along because apparently one day I switched my xbox live main email to the one I'm using now from a very old one from the early xbox live days. I had originally thought I never changed it and one day I go to sign in and I apparently logged
into someone else's profile, yet really nothing is on it. It makes no sense to me. The gamertag is DiatomicStew with a number. It's very strange. Cause I used only a few major passwords for all my game accounts and for the password and email to be right and
logging into some unknown xbox live profile with really no statistics or history much on it, it's weird, so it makes me wonder if it's conflicting somehow with my linking accounts....But than again I did login to my current email address and that worked and
shows my history and it's the right profile and all.

So at this point I'm really confused and don't know how in the world I can 1) Figure out what the deal is with this random account with my old email and password 2) Figure out why I can't link my current xbox live profile in Origin with my PC Origin account
and 3) Figure out why dragonagekeep isn't loading properly or how I can get a custom world history uploaded to Dragon Age Inquisition.

Again, very complicated problem concerning my accounts and using custom history from dragon age keep. I want to be able to play using the history I set for it instead of a "default"

I am playing trying to play through Dragon Age 2 now and I will hopefully be able to complete the game this time around (attempt #4).

As far as Dragon Age Inquisition is concerned, it isn't even on my radar because I am now cautious about the Dragon Age games (Dragon Age Origins is EPICALLY AWESOME) as I slowly trudge along Dragon Age 2 story with a pace that is equivalent of someone trying
to run while dragging a giant boulder at the same time

The Witcher 3

I'm in a similar situation, only reversed. I am currently playing The Witcher 3
(and I just can't stop!) so I am now quite interested in Dragon Age: Inquisition. Problem is I didn't exactly enjoy Dragon Age: Origins or Dragon Age II so I'm not sure as to whether I should get Inquisition
(pretty cheap now too).

 

Hiya, ok *deep breathe* lets see if I can give you a few pointers to try and help!

So first dragonagekeep.com

If you can login to that - with your ea/bioware account it should do an account check. It will show you on screen if your gamertag is linked to your origin account. If it shows a different gamertag than you were expecting then at some time in the past you
may have linked a different one.

If so then you will need to login to possibly origin and then EA's sites to see if it will let you change the gamertag associated with your account.

Failing that you might need to check their support guys.

As for the site not loading - they keep tinkering with it to improve it so I would suggest just having another go - it should work fine in IE!

Blah I gave up trying to get things working right with origins and just went with the default which ended up being just great.
