Complicated Achievement Issue

Okay, so i have this way beyond normal issue that i have had long discussions with both Xbox Live Support and Square Enix about.

The issue is with Life Is Strange Season 1 - where i have unlocked all 60 achievements, but even though they are unlocked and displayed as unlocked, the overall progress of the game says 99%

Initially i thougt that the problem would fix itself over a couple of days, but it did not.

Xbox support have told me to post my issue here so that the experts could help. So please help me

How Do You View A List Of Achievements Per Each Game?

Yeah but it only shows the achievements you've unlocked, not the full game list of achievements right? everything with this new system is unnecessarily complicated. Go back to the old system

Bought game took my money didn't give me game.

Having the same issue. Never fixed itself. Xbox sucks!! So complicated!!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Sometimes it will help.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I have already tried this, as well as a complete reformat, this is issue is so persistent, that its the same issue on the phone app and xbox.com - so i think that its safe to assume thats its not the console itself, but thanks anyways.

I know this post is somewhat old, but it looks like this has fixed itself? There is sometimes a delay between the console and the site. I have only had this happen once, but it resolved itself within a day or so. There's not much you can really do, as deleting,
redownloading, etc doesn't effect the site (unless it somehow FORCES the site to refresh your information, which I don't believe it does).

Keep on earning, that would be the best way to force update your information.
