I'm sorry you can't access your Microsoft account. There are some forms that can help you to defend your position on the suspension or blocking of your account. Hello Mel, I have been through this many times with support agents. They wont be able to provide me with the help I need. I mainly need someone in the compliance lock department specifically to help me. I made this post in hopes that someone who has connections with an employee there can help me fulfill my requests regarding assistance with the compliance lock.

I sympathize with your issue, but I see that you have reached out several times and have been contacted through internal support previously. If they could not help you with a solution, there is nothing we can do on here. All we can do is guide you to the Account Reinstatement form.
