    COMPLETELY REMOVE Billing Information!

I am wary of the security of online networks and I want to be as anonymous as possible. I have already removed my payment methods from my account and I want to remove my billing information that has my name and address. I know I could change it to something
fake but I want it gone completely. I have not found a way to remove my billing information. I have no gold memberships or outstanding balances. I have $1.00 in my live account. If you can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I just realized that this is in the Xbox 360 section. I no longer own an Xbox 360. I want to remove the information by computer.

    :)

  2. Billing information

Please read the Terms of Service. You are required to maintain current billing information and it is your obligation to cancel auto renewal (now available via the xbox.com web service and previously only available via phone support). If you let your subscription
lapse and Microsoft attempted to bill you, Microsoft believes you are responsible for that charge if (1) you didn't previously cancel auto renewal and (2) by your own admission had insufficient funds available in the account tied to your XBL service. That's
like writing a check and then not having enough funds.

I'm not in agreement with Microsoft's Terms of Service per sey, but it is their Terms of Service you, myself and everyone else agreed to when you initially signed up or by virtue of using the service.

In the end, YOU must CALL XBL support. Borrow a friend's phone if you have to. There is no other way. If you simply don't wish to use XBL going forward; simply disappear. Never use your account again. If you attempt to do so in the future, don't be
surprised if Microsoft first requests you settle your outstanding balance first.

Removing a Credit Card from the billing information?

You're explanation is very confusing, maybe if I explain myself better. I want to use the 2 months gold for $2 promo on my alternate silver account, I know that means I'll have to use my credit card. I want to know
if I am able to remove a credit card from my account afterwords? Is it a simple process, or a pain in the butt?

Removing a Credit Card from the billing information?

Sure but you there is no real point with that deal

I'll explain first that's a promotion you need to purchase it with a creditcard second because it's basically two 1 month memberships and here is no less then 1 month membership a prepaid token cannot be issued .

3rd be used it's a promotion with a gift you have to wait 6-8 weeks for the gift of ms points or whatever I don't know what is included no changes to the account is allowed if you want that gift .

So your Only option is to turn off autorenewal and wait till the 2 months is up and remove the creditcard when silver
