    can someone please explain to me why your "community manager" "ryo" just told me in online chat that he cant refund my copy of Destiny 2 even though i am eligible for refund as per YOUR TERMS OF USE. He said they cant process any refunds for destiny at this
    time because it is pending update. WELL AFTER THEY UPDATE THEY WILL FIX THE ACHIEVE AND I WONT GET A REFUND. MICROSOFT ANSWER FOR YOUR CRIMES I AM 1 STEP AWAY FROM BUYING A PS4.

    Oh. And also he directed me to microsoft legal department, suggested i dispute the purchase with my bank, and failed to disclose supervisor contact info. All of these "solutions" are completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

    Customer support for a banned console.

    You're outraged that you've been console banned despite being "innocent" but not outraged enough to not buy another console. OK...
