COMPLETELY Lock out of Live Account

I don't have the password to my account, as it was changed. i don't have access to the email or phone number on the account anymore. i don't know the answers to the security questions. i have no idea what to do

XBox completely locks me out

"Sorry, this console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date" is the message displayed.

I'm given the two options of:

- Turn Off Console

- Try Again

And then to the side it says

"Microsoft Account: Unavailable

Serial Number: <Insert Serial Number Here>

Please go to Xbox.com/mycontract for more info"

which turns out just has the Terms and Conditions for an Xbox Entertainment for All Plan. No where to go to resolve the actual issue. So I called for support. Caller says she'll have to escalate the problem and I''ll receive an email. Three days later, still
no email. I try the chat support, to which the first guy tries power cycles and redownloading system updates to no avail. Try chat support again, we try redownloading my profile but then I get the "Profiles can't be downloaded at this time." and her only solution
is to redownload system updates. As I've already tried that, she says she'll escalate the problem and I will receive an email. I just let this problem go for a few week and accepted my xbox as the brick it was until I got an email today. The email asks me
to validate my proofs, which I do. Go to replug the xbox back in and still nothing works. Anyone in support have anymore ideas or should I just set it on fire for at least *some* sort of entertainment?

XBox completely locks me out

All I can think of is to get in touch with support again (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us) and tell them what has happened and that you have validated your proofs. Sorry I couldn't be
of much help.

the only thing you can try is all the steps on the following link: http://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/lost-password-solution it will have all
the steps up to contacting official Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat)

If even that last step failes (Contacting Xbox Support) then I am afraid nothing else can be done.

I have had the same response for two weeks when trying to change passwords. I went thru the same thing with the account recovery form getting the same result.

yeah he had to make a new xbox account just to get into support cause his other account is locked out

it was actually a official email and hes been talking to the correct support they just cant figure out whats going on - it originally just popped up on the xbox when he went to sign in and he went thru the steps and it just puts him in a loop to reset password
until it tells him hes done to many attempts to login for the day. He waits a day and trys again with the same loop of errors and not logging him in.

Would make sense for a fake email but that can be ruled out - thanks for any help
