Completely forgot email address linked to my microsoft account

I was just playing a few hours ago, and since then, I had switched locations of my xbox 360s, I have two, from my living room to my room. I went ahead and moved my account on to a USB device, and moved it on the one I kept in my room. However it asked me
to sign in with my account email and password and since I hadn't written it down, I completely forgot it. I have a few emails I use, and none seem to work. I almost completely remember my password, I know my gamertag, and everything. One MAIN reason I don't
want to just create a new one, is my fiance's credit card is linked to this account and I don't want it continuing to auto renew if I can't access or use it. Without the email however I can't access the account to turn it off. This is a major problem I need
fixed ASAP.

The gamertag associated with the lost email is "AngieDawnTho02"

And the the I need to find my account email address link. This should be hopefully direct you to the email address linked to the profile, or failing that direct you to xbox support!

Hopefully you get the issue resolved promptly!

Xbox live account renewal

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Let's see if we can't get this sorted for you.

Xbox gamertags are linked to specific email addresses. The email address and password you sign in to your xbox account with will be the same linked to your gamertag for it to automatically download.

You can also use those to sign in to your profile on the xbox website. I notice you're hear as a new silver account. Is this the email address you signed in to your Xbox One with?

If you don't remember the email address, but do know the account,. You can follow the account recovery steps located at

support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account-solution.

Hopefully this will help you get your profile onto your Xbox One and you can get gaming!

are you 100% sure you are using the correct email address?

If the email address is indeed the correct one, you will need to contact Xbox Support, since somehow it seemed to have created an new xbox live account on the same email address, they should be able to advise on how to fix the issue.
