Completely dissatisfied with Xbox One and Game Producers

First of all, the product is crap. I have purchased an Xbox 1 just for Halo as I am (was) a huge halo fan. But I slowly figured out this game comes with a headache to find a multiplayer games, extreme lag in games to the point I lag out, glitches to the
game that were supposedly fixed by updates but are still present, and overall lack of urgency to fix any of the issues everyone is experiencing. So frustrated 3 weeks later, I go out and purchase Call of Duty AW, a game I knew would (should) work and somewhat
enjoyed on the 360 (which I shouldve kept but needed to sell it to get the 1), but doesnt. I cant even log onto the game is it continues to say the service is unavailable. For flipping $400 for the system, and $120 on games that do not work, I shouldnt be
getting more than a belittlesome free month from Microsoft/343i. This is really an insult to me, and im sure to us as theyre more disgruntled users who have purchased this failing system. This system has been the most disappointing purchased I have made
from Microsoft. Who believes me? We have purchased microsoft/343i/Sledghammer products to play and they are not providing us with the service we are guaranteed to have. I feel as if a class action lawsuit is valid.

Well it would be nice if I could actually play my xbox...why stop at making a terrible console when you can make a useless console? Can we get an ETA on when we can use our XBRICKS again? Is that too much to ask or is team xbox that incompetent that they
just have no idea when xbox live will be up again? It's a sad day to be a gamer.

Well it has been fun, but it's 11:00p.m. and playing Black Ops III doesn't seem to be a possibility tonight, so going to watch Die Hard: With A Vengeance. Good times.

 

After playing 2-3 games of matchmaking on halo, the game always lags me out. When I restart my xbox it usually fixes the problem but then my blam-ing friends list won't appear! But the funny thing is that I can still recieve party and game invites yet cant
accept them. This system is nothing but an utter disappointment. I, like you, bought this game solely for the Halo MCC but unfortunately can't even play the game without hard resetting my xbox every thirty minutes. The Xbox one is an absolute failure and im
so thankful I kept my 360. Next time microsoft make sure the console that you overvalue actually works and is stable. Even then, its been a year and nothing has been done to fix it. good job.

 

The XB1 and MCC collection are both garbage. I can't get a party going. The MCC keeps telling me I cannot start a game because party members are not ready and I am the only one there. My friends show up on my friends list as playing the game but not on
the "in-game" list of friends I can play with. I wish I could have test drove this before purchasing. Microsoft, where are the fixes for this. The Xbox 360 was so much better at starting a party and sending invites. It was flawless. It has been over a
year and it still has issues.

 

the xbox one for me has had so many problems it is unbelievable such as sometimes the duisserperance of my friends list sometimes i can't hear friends sometimes i get randomly DC from a single player or multiplayer game even though my connection is fine
my m8 had to get a new xbox because of that problem one other thing you shouldn't blame Microsoft about the games blame the makers like 343 who are awful at making the halo series halo 5 looks awful MCC was amazing for single player but multiplayer was awful
still is the thing that Microsoft need to do is to bring back private chat and voice messages and other things that made the xbox 360 good right now it is terrible well not as bad as ps4 witch docent have that many good games well thats what i think any way.
