Completely Broken Profile for 4 years Xbox 360

For 3-4 years I'm experiencing problems with my main profile on Xbox 360, I think my profile is broken and a lot of things doesn't work as supposed to work.

I don't remember clearly when the problems began, but it was after a rainy day around 2017 and due this, the energy of my house was shutdown while playing on my Xbox, I turned on again sometime later and I logged on my profile normally, sometime later my profile corrupted on itself (gray profile picture, 0 games points), I deleted it and downloaded again, for this time I didn't noticed nothing wrong until I a buy a new game.

First of all games, none of my digital games that I brought on this profile after the rainy day works offline (gears of war 2, judgment), or other profile can initialize it, I tried to transfer the license all the 3 times possible a year and they never worked properly, only that games which I brought before the rainy day worked offline and others profiles could initialize (GTA V, Gears of War 3, Fallout New Vegas, State of decay, etc). I have lost my HDD where I had the majority of my Xbox games, and I got a new one after, I had to download all them again, but for my surprise after downloading all them, none of them works offline or others profiles can initialize it anymore, even the GTA V, GOW 3, etc that was working before, it isn't now, I tried to transfer license but isn't working, I just got a message saying:

There was a problem communicating with Xbox live. Please try again later.

Also I noticed that some games like GTA V doesn't save my settings, always reset like it's my first time playing the game, and the GTA online since 2017 wasn't working properly on my profile, after 1 mission or 2, I just got a connection error and that is it, I had others issues with Call of duty Black ops 2 some time ago, but for now I'm not looking for play online again, I just want my games to work for the others profile and for me be able to play offline.

What I believe happened is that my profile got corrupted and when I logged on, the Xbox live automatically made a backup of this profile on its servers, so even if I delete the profile and download again all the problems will still happening without difference, when I had my games on my HDD before my profile got corrupted, the console already have their license on it, after I'm losing this HDD and redownloading everything again, my profile isn't able to give the console the license required to play these games offline or make available to others profile play.

I was in contact with Microsoft support 2-3 years ago, I made contact 3-4 times none of them helped me at all, I'm tired of useless tips/solutions that won't solve my problem, I already factory reset my Xbox, formatted my HDDs and the internal HDD of my Xbox, redownloaded games, transferred license ( and now isn't working anymore), nothing solved my problem, because this are beyond from what I can do, this is a problem on Xbox live internal structure, my profile is completely Broken and I can't recover it, only my profile on my xbox has these problems, I'm afraid to buy a Xbox One and my profile bringing these problems to it.

I want a answer it's been 4 years now, c'mon Microsoft.
