    When I had first gotten my Xbox One, I was estatic. I had been putting money off for months to afford it. Not to mention a headset, or games. But that's not the issue here. The issue is Microsoft's inability to fix their
    [Mod Removed] consoles. Ever since I've gotten my new console, which was around 5 months ago, I've had an excruciating issue. My xbox would constantly eject discs, and make the noise randomly. Even when I take a disc out, it would still attempt
    to eject a disc that's not even in the drive. Also, when my console is turned off at night, sometimes it randomly makes disc eject noises, turns on, retracts the disc, turn off, then continue this cycle until I eventually unplug it. What's even more annoying
    the fact that I am a competitive player in BO3. I often enter my team into tournaments, only to possibly get *** over because Microsoft is incompetent.

    I have contacted support via phone call at least 6 times over this issue. Every single one of them told me the exact same thing. Power cycle. Unplug box from the wall for a short time. Try again. Change xbox setting to power saver. Clean the eject button
    with a soft cloth. Make sure there is nothing that could be causing the sensor to activate, ect. Then after I spend 20 minutes repeating steps with different people. Then after nothing works... Suggest a repair. A REPAIR.

    The problem is, Microsoft apparently can't fix their own consoles. Here's the messed up part - I've sent my One in for repairs. Not once. Not twice. But THREE times. The first two repairs, it fixed the issue for around a day, then the issue was even worse.
    It got to the point where I could not finish a single Multiplayer game without the disc ejecting. The third time I sent it in, they offered me a "BRAND NEW" console. After waiting nearly a month, I finally recieved my "REPLACEMENT" console. Everything worked
    fine for maybe 3 days, then it continued to occur. Some Xbox Technicians said it could be activated by cat hair, or alot of active wiring near the eject button. This is my last attempt to get support, because I'm completely out of ideas.

    this is utterly rediculous. lets ban ppl on a console that only works online... oh wait u can have a fraction of features offline..... like you can't even pin things.... microsoft is really going above and beyond on making there customers angry at every
    aspect of there product.

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. What you're describing is not a common issue at all, and for you to have 3 consoles all facing this issue is very surprising. Does the issue go away if you wipe off the front panel of the console? The only other
    thing I can think of that could possibly do this would be something power related. Can you try a different outlet, and making sure the console is plugged directly into the wall.

    So, instead of offering any type of support they just offer to give me a 25$ card. Thanks, Xbox! I'm currently saving up for a PS4 and will NEVER buy another Microsoft console again, and I will tell everyone I know not to untill Microsoft can fix this crap.

  10. Seems typical. No matter how bad your issue is, the solution Xbox support ALWAYS suggest is: "did you try plugging it into the wall?". My Xbox caught fire in the Microsoft Store. Guess what? IT WAS PLUGGED IN TO THE WALL!

  12. Should I call consumer affairs? I know attempting to take ANY legal actions against Microsoft would be like fighting a medieval dragon with nothing but a ketchup packet and a bar of soap, but I'm out of options. I worked too hard for the 400+ dollars to
    just let it go to waste.

    Really sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having with your Xbox One. I can definitely understand your frustrations. You've already clarified that you plug your console into the wall, so that shouldn't be the issue. Just to make certain do you have
    any USB devices plugged into your console?

    Some accessories can affect your console similarly to what you're experiencing. Let us know what's up so we can help look into this Completely and utterly rediculous. There is NO excuse for this. :)
