    Completed two rewards programs- waited days... nothing showing up


    I have completed at least two of the rewards programs before the deadline last month, and it's been over 96 hours, yet nothing is showing up on my account... I am concerned that these rewards programs are just a lie, but I hope the support team can prove
    to me otherwise. Please send confirmation to my email or something, because I don't get notifications on forum posts here, and who knows when I'll see some well deserved support for my unrewarded contribution to these programs.

    Rewards refresh

    There was a problem depositing rewards points due to billing information/account. I opted out of the rewards program and waited 48hrs before opting back into the rewards program (waited 2 days again). Posting again for assistance in receiving the pending
    points. Thx.

    XBox LIVE rewards problem

    I have just signed up for XBox LIVE rewards, and completed the survey but the 20 points are not showing up. It has been an hour now, and still nothing.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
    see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
    this delay. We see that we have caught up with your purchases, and are currently processing them for Rewarding, with some offers already completed on your MyRewards page. We do not send emails. You can configure this forum to alert you via email by checking
    that option via the "Settings" tab at the top of the forum page.

    Reward points not showing

    Sometimes it could take a while until they show up correctly. You just could wait one or two days. If there is no progress you should contact the support from the rewards program.

    You don't get points for having condemner and them unlocked...they don't make you earn anything.

    You have to complete surveys and wait a day or two before they show up in your progress.

    Also, it takes a while to earn points from the rewards program...I earn 100 points like every 3-4 months...

    Where are you checking for completion? In the Microsoft Rewards App? In the mobile Game Pass app? Or is it that the Achievements themselves are not showing up on your profile when you've completed them?

    It can take some time for them to show up in the app, it's not immediate, so check back in a day or two and see if they populate.

    As mentioned on the webpage when you register, and in the email you receive confirming your opt-in to the program, it can take up to two days to complete a Xbox Live Rewards registration. Additionally, we see that you opted-out of the program and then opted
    back in, which canceled a referral that would have been pending from your first referral. Please note that it can take up to two days for a registration to be completed. When you can see a join by date that is a recent date and not "???" on your MyRewards
    page, you will know that your registration into the program will be complete and you will begin to be active for our offers.
