Check every map for Homestead Missions.

I was for a while but I finally got it to pop. Have you recruited/picked up any settlers from New York or Boston if not then head to tthose places and you should be able to see them I got the achievement after I beat the game so your good with that. there
are 2 settlers that are given to you through helping your current ones. You will get a Doctor after you do a few missions for Warren and Prudence you also will get a Father/SHepard/priest after you help the Inn owners. and i think the last person that you
pick up will be in the frontier. Anyway just go to all the areas and look for the Homestead icons and remember do all of the Homestead missions becuase there are other settlers that are tied into them. good luck

You want to tell me that we lose the money of an expensive dlc?

Twice bought the doc one as a gift the other to my friend's account by mistake, it was refunded, but the gift dlc for some reason we think was activated in his account and not mine, I am sure I will cash it into my account

Well, my friend is not interested in the game and he has never played Destiny on his account, he does not have a Bungie account and he is not interested in the game, he only bought me the gift and sent it to me, I am sure he exchanged it with my account but no I know why it was left to him, therefore he told me that we should look for support so that they would remove the content and send it to me, because it is expensive content and he is not going to use it and as far as we know I don't know refund so they want to see if we can move it
