Xbox Support website. There are some instances in which you will not receive the options to contact the support team. This is due to the selections that are made when you select
to contact them. We will provide instructions on how to contact the support team. If you are still experiencing issues with the website, we suggest accessing the website from a different browser or device. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to contact the Xbox Support Team:

1. Click the support team link we provided
2. Select Contact Us
3. Select Account & profile in the first drop down box
4. Select I need a Microsoft account in the second drop down box
5. Select Next
6. Select Chat Online or Request a call
   

Here's how to request a repair for your Xbox console or Kinect:

1. Sign in to the Device service and repair page with your Microsoft account. If you haven't registered the device yet, you'll do it here.

1. In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Repair my device and follow the steps to complete your request.

1. Send your device as soon as possible--if you don't ship within 30 days of submitting your request your service order will be cancelled. You'll get a confirmation email within 24 hours after you put in the request.
