    completed puzzles


    i completed the tiger puzzle 600 piece a few days go, went back to it my completed puzzle is gone. there is red star but no completed puzzle. WHY?

    i would expect i should explicitly tell it to start over, not just randomly start over.

    i am using windows 10

    puzzle completion

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but you'll get everything
    back.

    I strongly agree,, but unable to figure out how to get this message to the developers. Specifically, is there a way to keep the puzzle from disappearing on lock and bug challenges so I can complete the puzzle and see the whole picture? Do the developers

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    The testing of a fix for this issue was announced a few months ago and still no release of the fix.

    I appreciate that this is a free game, however the developers are not earning kudos for their commercial products if they cannot resolve this issue.
