Completed Mission 14, NO achievements unlocked...

I have just completed Mission 14 and should have earned 3 achievements related to this specific mission.

First, "Prison Break" should have unlocked, as I had 2 of the required enemies dying at the same time; this was the first question mark as to what was going on.

Second, "A New Dawn" should have unlocked for completing said mission followed by "Harbringer" for keeping the entire fireteam alive throughout the whole mission on "Legendary".

In the main menu it shows as being complete, with the "Highest difficulty completed" rightfully showing "Legendary". In the achievement app, NO 100% or "Done... Unlocking!" status shows for any of the aforementioned achievements. In the progression towards
"Lone Wolf", completing all missions on legendary solo, shows 86% done, unsure whether this is accurate but would assume so as the last mission is yet to be completed and would imagine that 14% will be awarded as such for when that's done.

Not too happy with the situation given that two of those achievements are quite difficult, especially in solo and the last enemy encounter; feel like I have been robbed & cheated out of earning the respected accomplishments to mark the task I've completed.

My last achievement on AC:Unity is glitched and hasn't unlocked after 2 weeks+ of completing it!

I have completed Assassin's Creed Unity's "I Got Skills" (secret achievement) a while back (around 14/12/14) but my final achievement hasn't unlocked. I have unlocked all skills as I've also got the achievement where I complete all training ground missions
(and you can only get that if you buy all skills) so what's going on?

I've contacted Ubisoft (no response) and also Microsoft Chat saying they'll see what they can do but nothing has happened since.

Call of Duty Ghosts achievement glitch help

i have completed the mission no mans land and the achievement didn't unlock. I went into achievements and the progress for the achievement was at 100% but the achievement never unlocked. I tried replaying the mission but the achievement still wouldn't unlock.
HELP

 

OK so... I went out, came back (turned off Xbox). Went straight on Halo 5 and attempted to just complete it on legendary, if I keep the team alive, bonus.

NOTHING POPPED ON SCREEN.

Starts next mission, let the cutscene play etc, nothing.

I check my achievement list to see if the "Complete Mission 14 - A New Dawn" has "Done... Unlocking!" status and the rest just in case. Low and behold all 3 are unlocked at the front of the pile...

So I just ran Mission 14 on legendary, coincidentally all of blue team survive and I did it all again for pretty much nothing... partly miffed, partly feel like a boss... du fuq...
