Completed all missions for Wild West Rewards but, the 5 achievements one is not counting

Hello, earlier this month I bought The Technomancer and the avatar items required for missions 1 and 2. For mission 3, it was to get 5 achievements for the game I bought. I did that early in the month as well (I think I have done around 12 at this point.)
There are 3 days left in March and it still doesn't show that I completed this. I should be getting 5,000 rewards credits for that mission and another 5,000 for completing the entire set of Wild West missions. Please look into this. Thanks!

Go West Reward not counting

Hi Guys,

I have been going along doing the Go West Reward (Wild West Reward) and have completed the part of spend £24 (On Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) and then the £2 on Avatar items.

However, since the start of the month, I have been playing Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and although I now have 8 achievements in the game, the task for "Ford the river" (Get 5 achievements in the game you brought) is still stuck at 0% meaning
that I can't get the 5000 reward points OR the additional 5000 for completing all the tasks!

Please can you help!!

Wild West Rewards

I am participating in the Wild West Rewards and have bought the necessary objects ($30 worth in games and $2 worth for avatar). I have received my rewards points for both of those. I have completed more than 5 achievements in both games I have bought, but
I have not received my rewards points yet. Its Its roughly 2 weeks since completing the achievements. Please help.

Only purchases of games are eligible for this offer. From the FAQ:

Level 1: Hit the Trail (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $30 before tax on eligible games like Red Dead Redemption, Call of Juarez Gunslinger, and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain; and Western-themed movies and TV shows
like 3:10 to Yuma, True Grit, Westworld, Deadwood, and Longmire from the Microsoft Store.

Achievements must be unlocked in games that you purchased that progressed and completed this offer, as stated in the FAQ:

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you would not have completed level 1, you would not unlock level 3.
