    I completed an order of a Minecraft item on my account using a code from McDonald's. I don't know how to get this to show on Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on the PC, even while logged in to Minecraft using the same Microsoft account on which my order shows up.

    What should I do?

    Would you please see if your purchase for Minecraft for Windows is showing as completed on your order history? Can you share a screenshot of it?

    If it is showing as completed (and it is the Minecraft for Windows, not the Xbox Bedrock version), please try to sign in and out of the Microsoft Store and the Xbox App to see if it syncs with your account again.

    Try to get the offer by the Microsoft Store and see if it still shows you to "Buy" it instead of "Get" it.
