    Complete xbox live disconnect, hard reset to solve problem


    From today I've been having a very strange issue.

    Whilst playing on xbox live via Destiny or Diablo 3, I get kicked off xbox live completely.

    I do the usual, Settings > Network and check to see what's going on.. so

    It says I'm connected and I have an open Nat but I cannot connect or play on xbox live in anyway shape or form nothing on the dashboard appears either.

    The only way around this is a hard reset BUT after a while it happens again, does anyone know what's happening?

    Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

    Have you changed the mac address on your Xbox One? Did you set the Xbox 1 to a static Ip in your router? What have you done so far to try and solve the problem ?

    I've tried hard resetting and updating and the controller is charged. I don't understand why that every time my Xbox disconnects from live that my controller disconnects as well. For starters I don't even know why my live is disconnecting...

    Hey I s7eiN I, have you contacted your is to see if it is an issue on their end? It might be a problem they are experiencing. Are you running any other devices on the network that are hogging all the bandwidth? Just a couple suggestions for you.

    Hi again, No it hasn't but I looked into it and there's a good chance a Hard reset will solve your problem as the Xbox will completely shut down and refresh your device. Its worth a go.

    Hi Choppin, Have you done the hard reset by disconnecting the power and leaving it for 2 mins and then reconnecting the power? It helps to clear the cache so may help solve your problem.

    Actually, new development: unplugging my network cable makes the system work again, even with the hard drive in the system. So the problem is XBOX LIVE.

    Disconnect your interesternet cable from your xbox may solve your problem.
