    Bought this when purchasing a console from Microsoft store , but the extended warranty does not show on my account. What number can i call in the uk to get this resolved as tried 0800 026 0329 and it dows not have an option for this type of issue and there
    is no email address to contact ...........

    Who and where do i call or email ?????????

    Hello everybody. My question is : If i buy a Xbox One on Ebay, do i have access to the Microsoft Complete that allow me to protect my Xbox one or not? Can someone explain me how it works. Thanks You

    It should work, xbox live is designed to be cross compatable so your money should be there as well.

    No, you will not be able to use your Xbox Gift Card to purchase items from the Microsoft Store online. The Xbox Gift Card can currently only be used to purchase items on the Xbox LIVE marketplace and the Windows Phone store.

    If you wish to purchase an extended warranty, you will need to use a payment method like a credit or debit card.

    I'm not quite sure why it says "select Microsoft Online stores" maybe that's a feature for the future, but at this point in time you're not able to actually use your Microsoft Account balance on Microsoft.com/Store either. I'll bookmark and confirm this tomorrow

    I wouldn't risk buying from eBay purely because of the issues you can have with warranty. If the console has already been registered or they don't provide you with a legit store receipt you could have issues. The price is of an Xbox One is a lot to lose
    on when you could have a secure warranty for a little bit more cash.

    Yes it made the tones it usually makes when powering on. I ended up having to factory reset my console. Everything was perfect yesterday but now im having EA servers issues and my 2k21 i purchased wont play anymore and i was just playing it
