Complete data loss

I'm sorry to see any issues with data in Solitaire Collection! I'm a little confused with what you are referencing, though. Are you able to let me know what data had been lost and for what part of the game? Is this an issue with the statistic tracking or
achievement tracking?

^Lol that first video....CLOUD = Complete Loss Of User Data...that's hilarious.

You would not have any connection to the internet, let alone XBLive, if packet loss is 100%. Connection relies on the ability of packets, information data blocks, for lack of a better term, to recognise and acknowledge the data has been sent and received
correctly, ie no corruption.

Edit.. Data showing 100% packet loss has to be a result of local internal corruption of the processors, and would require a restart.

I have expirenced the same exact thing. if anyone could help, EnderxCross and I would greatly appreciate it.
