Complete abuse of power

i am doing this because i am sick and tired of microsoft abuse of power and lack of respect , i will start explaining.

i had 4 accounts locked in 1 year , thousands of euros lost , games , subscriptions and personal things , when i contacted microsoft by chat or form no exactly reason for the direct lock was given .

i sent 16 forms requesting explanations regarding the reasons for it and not a single time i had explanations regarding it even explaining tht their support was the reason for me to get thousands of emails with a verification code by system problems.

last week after almost 2 years i finally got an awser from them saying they werent able to recover
my account because of the time that had passed since the lock , time that they lost by not awsering anything.

i went to the support to ask explanations regarding the email and why this situation reached this point where nothing can be done anymore and a case was created to get that awsers , next day i got an email saying that account was banned forever from live
and the reason was that i made threats , insulted , harassed , abused other players by message or chat on live and not only that but use other player things to prejudicate them on live .

my account haves zero messages , was never used on live neither had any email sent and for that reason i went again to the support and showed the situation , it was verified and the agent said the situation made no sense and for that reason he was going
to creat a case to get awsers but it turns out that next day the account was closed too .

5 accounts closed in 2 years no explanations given and not temporarly but permanently without advise or reasons given , i am sick and tired of this abuse of power and lack of respect what i see here is microsoft trying to shut me up but i will not shut up
and i dont care if is microsoft , apple or whatever i demand respect

Do you think its possible that someone is intentionally reporting your account to make this happen?

You just create a new e-mail, register it to a new account, and the same lock happens? How long it usually takes?

yes i do but from microsoft , the way things have been happening is easy to get.

not only they ignore the forms and dont say the exact reason for the bans but they ignore too the cases created at the support to get awsers from them .

We evaluated the appeal and are not able to reactive the account due to the length of time since the account was suspended.

The account was suspended either because of a possible compromise situation or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement

this was the email i got last week after spending 1 year and half sending forms and creating cases at the support to get awsers.

my last account got locked with this info , i dont use this account on xbox , have no messages or contacts with it so it makes exactly no sense and its funny that after i proved it my account gets closed too.

the accounts get closed when i start asking questions and reasons or proofs of what i did to get 4 accounts closed without any other actions on them .

The refund policy is for honest mistakes not being laY and skip the reviewa

Abusing it only ends badly for you including suspension of purchasing power for short periods

This is a late reply but all of what you said is sugar coating. There are tons and tons and tons of people who were suspended and even banned like me for no reason and people reporting you for false reasons. There's too many incidents and you're in denial.
I got gameplay suspended by a guy because I beat him in Tekken 7. He called it "harassment" and i got suspended just for winning. There are too many incidents, this system is faulty.
