Complaints

Does anyone know where I can make a complaint ? I've tried speaking to Microsoft but they have referred me to the forums.

I've had my Xbox One since December 2013 and so far I've had numerous problems:

Had to get my Kinect replaced twice due to power failure.

My console was replaced in November 2014 due to disc drive not recognising discs and then a disc getting jammed within the console. And now the replacement console is shutting down without any warning.

And just to add to my frustrations I've had to ask for the controller to be replaced due to drifting issues.

As much as I love the Xbox there is only so much that one person can put up with and considering I spent £540.00 on the console I think it's ridiculous the amount of issues I have had.

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

 

i agree, i love my xbox one but my controller has started drifting with the new update. i contacted support and they said i had to calibrate it on a pc, i did that and it fixed the drift... for the pc. i get on xbox again and its worse. so i can either troubleshoot
and wait for a new update that probably wont fix it or pay money for shipping/replacement because im out of warranty. i also want to file a complaint

 

It's ridiculous mate. I'm on my 2nd console, which keeps switching off, and have been waiting for 4 weeks to be sorted out. Had sent it off for repair under warranty and I got it back and the console lasted exactly 3hrs 30mins before the same problem
started happening again. They keep insisting that the power supply could be the issue and not the console but it's strange that it's the exact same power supply I was using with my original console and the only reason I had that replaced was because the disc
drive failed. I'm so frustrated it's unbelievable. Customer support are helpful but all they do is repeat from a script and it's impossible to actually get to make a complaint. Since December 2013 I've had literally every bit of equipment replaced due to
faults. I don't think anyone is actually listening, you're wasting your time trying to complain to support and good luck with trying to find somewhere to actually complain, Microsoft doesn't seem to have that facility.
