    Hello does anyone know how to actually make a complaint to Microsoft in the UK?

    I have been waiting for a refund for an Elite Series 2 for 3 months now and everytime I get through to someone on the callback option they simply hang up the call.

    The last person I spoke to told me they had sent a replacement controller to me which wasn't what I asked for and the fact that I sent back all parts for the Elite including case, box and power source as that's what they requested and now I have a shell just doesn't make sense.

    All I want from Microsoft is someone to actually take responsibility and deal with the issue but instead all I get are people that are inept at their jobs and hang up the phone and the fact that there isn't anyway to contact Microsoft other than the call back system (which only allows 3 callbacks a day) makes it so frustrating.

    How can a company with so much money have such poor customer service.

    If anyone can suggest or provide me with away to actually speak to someone that will help that would be amazing as right now I'm £159.99 out of pocket.

    Sorry I have only been able to reply to this now due to traveling, unfortunately my UK account doesn't allow for live chat to the states and the contact number is the one I have tried to ring and it just tells you to request a call back which again puts me back in the loop I'm stuck in already.

    I still can't understand how a company of Microsofts size doesn't have an easier way to actually contact them.

    Literally worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with.

    Thank you I will give them the chance to reply to the emails that have now been sent and if no joy willgo straight down that route and yes I have the email saved where they offered me the full refund along with my response accepting it the same day.
