    Hi everyone,

    I’m looking for help to make a complaint, I’m always ringing the hardware/tech issues and speaking to someone, but they are never any help! I say some one will call me but they never do! My Xbox x electrocuted me 2 weeks ago. The repair escalation advocate is no help what so ever! Consumer rights have referred me on to a legal team, honestly I just want this sorted, at this point I’m not even angry- even thou I was nearly killed! I just want someone to talk too and send me a replacement.

    Does anyone have any head people I can contact please?

    Unfortunately, the only way to Contact MS for things like this is through the Contact section, frsutarting as the process may be.

    On the replacement side of things, have you tried submitting a Repair Order? If you sign in to your Microsoft Account and then go to Devices, you should have the console listed...click "See Details" and then there is a "Start order" button

    Oh dear.

    The reason they repaired your 360 was because it was under warranty.

    Like everything else,if you want a replacement for a faulty item you bought then you need to take it back to the retailer you originally bought it from.It's nothing whatsoever to do with Microsoft if you didn't buy it from them.

    I've been with xbox for twice the time you have & it would be exactly the same for me.

    If you were really offered 2 months of xbox live you should consider yourself extremely lucky as they didn't have to offer you anything.

    All complaints must be investigated. Given they get thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, each day it can take a while for them to be dealt with. So don't expect him to be banned quickly.

    Once the Enforcement Team do get around to it though the penalty for modding your tenure level is a ban from LIVE.
