Discus and support complaints forum?? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; is there a complaints forum?     is there a complaints forum? I purchased xbox one last week an now they are dropping price and doing a titanfall bundle for £50 cheaper than I paid for battlefield bundle! iwant to complain an see if there is going to be any compensation?? but don't know
    where to post it? can someone please help???

    Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

    A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

    Complaints

    Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
    all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

    No complaints forum.You can post in the feedback forums here forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx You won't get any official reply but they are read by Microsoft on
    a regular basis.

    There's always that one person who has to whinge louder than others.

    It was inevitable that the Xbox One was getting a price cut, same with every console in existence.

    There won't be any compensation from MS on this. What you need to do is see what the policy is on price drops at the retailer you bought it from. Many outlets have a 7 or 30 day policy that if the price drops within that time
    frame you just need to bring in your reciept and they'll give the difference. It all depends on the business and they are not obligated to do anything at all so don't go in there expecting positive results.

    Offensive gamertag and harassment

    The enforcement team doesn't actually post on the forums (except in the suspensions forums to tell people why they are suspended) or take complaints via the forums. You would need to have someone file a complaint on your account via the console and the enforcement
    team will investigate that complaint.
