Complaints Department?

Do you guys actually have a way to communicate with people other than this joke of a review program that does not tell the user what exactly caused them to get banned and in which they have just about as much space as a tweet to say anything about
their suspension to defend themselves against an accusations that they still know nothing about?

Better yet do you have a complaint department because I still have not been able to find one at microsoft all though I have only heard of the "surveys" that apparently are sent out but seem to be random and only on a magical basis so that employees can
avoid complaints I guess.
I also noticed that you guess don't have a contact number, twitter, email, or anything other than the review process to get a hold of the Enforcement team. I guess its easy to just see one side of a story or just ban someone and hope that it goes away.
Interesting approach.
Also you do not have a complaints department or a way to file a formal complaint on an employee at Microsoft for giving you bad information i.e. "post on the forums that is how you communicate with the enforcement team" then to find out you go to the forums
and they tell you the complete opposite. And that you can't actually talk to any one at a support call center over the level of manager. So do you purposely do this so that people can't complain?

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

Complaints

Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

Hi whiterob7,

Sorry to hear about your suspension. The
enforcement page is the only area where you can submit a case review of your suspension action, and there is no way to email, chat, or call them. The only place to discuss customer service issues by contacting Xbox support
here. That said, if it's about the enforcement action, unfortunately they have no control over it and will not be able to assist you.

[/quote]Yeah I still play it from time to time. It's more the community and the people who used to play it, that I miss. The mentality has changed alot. I live in Arizona and my brother lives back home in Pittsburgh, and we used to play that game for hours
instead of racking up high long distance phone bills. People were different back then. It was all about the win and not "stats". People just played the game for fun. Plus that game actually required you to aim on your own. It didn't hold your hand. That and
now my brother hates PC games and ONLY plays PS3. Yeah, he's kinda dumb.

@Darcymk yep just happen the other night some person was in front of me running down the street and the name &clan tag went from one side of the screen to the other...I couldn't see what was in front of me besides him.

I had someone on my team last night playing Sabotage that everytime we got the bomb down near the enemy bombsite, he would grab it and run it all the way back up to our bombsite and wait for the enemy to come kill him.
