HI there, im sorry if this isnt a cutting edge subject but i want to raise a complaint to Microsoft.

Iv just received a ban for the profile pic I've had up for the best part of a year! No one contacted me to to warn me about this and iv just been sent round in circles trying to find the right person to try and speak to about this.

I was told eventually by a rep that the team banning me can not be contacted and nor could he give me a link to the correct page to file a complaint about this bully boy tactics attitude iv been subjected to. You can take my money on a regular basis though
cant you ...you have no problem there but when it comes to listening to my side of things you could give a monkeys !

i have just taken delivery of a new xbox x. what a heap of rubbish, it keeps losing the update data, i have it on a nice clean glass surface and already three of the rubber feet have just fallen off. I have had to power it down 16 times as it keeps failing
to update. when i select "try again" it hangs. when it finally starts to dwonload it starts from ther BEGINNING despite having already received a percentage. I am close to repacking it and returning it. As is usual in this day and age the build quality fails
to impress. I will be posting on twitter and facebook as i am very dissappointed.

mixer are giving away codes for films but just for the USA Xbox community. I know you will say it's for thanksgiving or something but this is not the first time mixer as done this. How about showing love to Europe, we watch and spend money too through Xbox.

Most likely it was because someone recently reported the profile pic. Most likely the picture violated the Xbox Code of Conduct.

If the ban is for over 24 hours you can submit a case review by going to enforcement.xbox.com then How Do I?

 

Hey there Tormaz thanks for coming back.

Its only for 24 hours thankfully but its a matter of principle, how dare they do this in such a cloak and dagger way. I wouldn't have minded if it was a horribly offensive image but it was of Gary from Team America wold police for goodness sake, if anything
the image makes light of the nasty people in the world today.

I get someone has reported but contact me first so i can put forward my opinion, and hey give me the means to contact you to discuss this.....dont just skulk in and shut me down then sulk away refusing to listen to me.

the conversation i had with an MS rep basically ended with him saying .... tough ... this conversation is pointless and my email wont send website links ..........whaaaaaat ??
