    In august I had an issue with the xbox store and basically I paid for a game and the system didnt lrovide the licence. I contacted asked for this to be sorted soni could play the game. I then proceeded to spend the remaining 4 days of a holiday chasing up
    my issue to then be goven a refund for what was a basic server access request and basically being told consistantly incorrect timescales, not being told an image file id sent was a wrong format and basically had to chase up everything to sort out the systems
    error. To which I then raised a complaint... this was in september to which I have had zero contact back in regards to it.

    Also I was told they would sort a replacement elite controller due to the issue being a manufacting fault on the 12th of september, its not the 6th october and I have no response or update ln either matter.

    So whats the next stage of the grievance procedure as even there CEO soesnt reply to emails?

    I think raptr has a timescale for each game, well they did last time i checked.

    Thats what I went through the first time and didnt get nowhere so to be perfectly honest I dont want to deal with that department, as that is what my complaint is mainly in regards to.

    so any clue to how you escalate this further?
