    Dear xbox,

    I'm truly sick and tired of your ban hammer. I just got a temporary communication ban for 1 WEEK. 1WEEK. WHY? I don't talk to other people on the mic, and I don't harass or use foul language or any of the sort. I talk to my friends and that's it, oh
    but wait here's what I think is was about, it was probably Rainbow Six siege, where literally the community is the worst. Not all of them, but most of them. If some guy is team killing along with his friends and there's no way to stop it, then of course I'm
    going to send him a message telling him to cut it off, why on earth would you tell me to not? That's the equivalent of saying "Don't shoot that armed robber just wait for the police". I payed money to be able to play a game online, not to be trolled, and in
    case you didn't know HUMAN interaction, NO ONE LIKES HATEFUL/TROLL PLAYERS. I can't just simply let it be, some games rely on COMMUNICATION, even if I mute them they have a buddy of their who say "HEY GO F^&K YOURSELF". At this point the enforcement team has
    no idea what to do. This is not a good system, and me taking the time to write this is bad enough already, I have a job and I have a University to attend to, I have NO TIME to wait for 24 hours to make a petition for my temporary ban and I have no time to
    deal with your Meri-go-round customer service. Pretty much your care for customer service has been dwindling and unless you fix these things I can't see myself being a customer of yours ever again.
