    How do I file a complaint with Microsoft?

    I've tried 3 times to have my elite series 2 controller. First the controller was stuck in customs for a month. I called the support 3 times to get it fixed, the first call told me to wait, the second told me it would take 7 workings days and nothing happened and then the 3rd finally got it sorted. The replacement I was sent out after all that was also faulty and I once again I sent it off again and again it was stuck in customs. This time they decided to send me one back without received the one in customs but this time the controller they sent to me looks like my kid had been playing with it. There was food stuck inside it and its all scratched. The only thing I get from Microsoft is can we replace it again?? When I ask for a refund instead I get told I had to send it off for a 50% chance of getting one. Pretty sure if that's the case I should be at 100% by now

    Just need to get the console now. Waiting for an email from Game Customer Service. Not such an easy option for me after all as it has already been repaired by MS.

    I just don't understand why MS can't replace the console as well as Game. At least I have my trusty 360 while I wait.

    Thanks for the tips about the Games, making my mouth water :)

    I've also heard that Borderlands Pre-sequel should be good

    The legendary RROD on release day - that's harsh, at least my xbox one lasted 2 months before dying. I feel your pain.
