    I tried to buy some games on promotion about 6 weeks ago which was sonic gens, batman, magic 2014 and Mortal kombat. Due to problems with the sercuity update i wasn't not able to purchase them i have raised complaints with the xbox customer support
    team and awaited for the adovcacy team to be in contact which ahs taken 6 weeks after being told 4 days, poor customer service and even worse timescale keeping.

    My case is being passed from pillar to post i wish to have these games and some from of compenstion as the way i have been treated is in contact.

    Further more as i have social networking problem i have a problem with leaving digital foot prints which this is and everyone views it so i feel as well due to my own mental health issues am being forced into doing one of 2 things either leave it and
    not worry about my digital foot print or anyone seeing this or do it and worry. this is discrimnation

    Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

    A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

    Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
    all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

    Sorry but you were misinformed. According to your own original post the advocacy team will be looking into this. They will handle you either through phone support or your personal email.
