    The fact that MS support told you to post here is completely wrong advice from them and really poor customer service. It's not the first time they have done it, and god knows why they do as you won't get any official response here as it's just a forum
    for users to discuss games and consoles etc.

  2. Thanks Genchy - beginning to realise that! Complaint :)

    Perhaps the reps know how some of the forum users will respond, and they're sitting in the call centre feeling really smug.

    Maybe someone can share their thoughts about Diablo 3 for xbox one. I bought it yesterday but my xbox one had a system failure so just enjoying looking at the case and watching videos until I get another console.

    I don't have a support for MS, I support people dealing with the impossible public.

    Out of interest when you first had an issue did you take it to game or MS, I suspect if you had taken it to Game they would have given you a new console straight away, which would have stopped your second issue from ever having it.

    Ms gave good advice IMO, they offered to correct the issue but, if they hadn't you wouldn't be on your way to Game, they don't know the laws and regulations of every country and they vary massively, in the US it would be Ms you deal with, but in Germany
    its a whole other ball game.

    Theres a few threads about Diablo, but it looks very liniar to me, looking forward to Destiny.

    It could have been worse. You could have shelled out over £400 for a 360 on release,only for it to get RROD. Then have MS to send you a refurb out. Silicon heaven must full of xbox consoles.

  5. The legendary RROD on release day - that's harsh, at least my xbox one lasted 2 months before dying. I feel your pain.

    My first 360 was dead straight out the box. Nothing worse than gazing at a game you can't play. Good luck on getting your One sorted, I'm skipping Diablo for Destiny.

    Complaint

    "Diablo III" was one of the greatest releases on the XBox 360.

    With the "Ultimate Evil Edition" it becomes one of the greatest games on the XBox ONE.

    They got the balance on this Dungeon Crawler absolutely perfect.

    The excitement you feel over levelling up and getting amazing new loot never ends... even when your character hits the level cap (and mine only has because I ported my characters over from the original on the 360).

    When we got this the wife and I started playing at 10 AM (it's Mrs Azrael's joint Favourite Game with "Minecraft") and at 6pm we both realised we'd forgotten to eat lunch.

    It's one of those games like "Oblivion" and "Skyrim" that is a bargain even at new game price because you'll be playing it for that long.

    Between "Diablo III" and "Destiny" you arguably wouldn't even need any other games to release on the ONE.

  10. Just need to get the console now. Waiting for an email from Game Customer Service. Not such an easy option for me after all as it has already been repaired by MS.

    I just don't understand why MS can't replace the console as well as Game. At least I have my trusty 360 while I wait.

    Thanks for the tips about the Games, making my mouth water Complaint :)

    I've also heard that Borderlands Pre-sequel should be good

  11. I WAS and repeat I WAS an avid XBOX supporter! I had 2 playstations given to me as gifts but i purchased with my own money xbox's! I WAS such an xbox supporter that i purchased 2 xbox 360's and an xbox 1! Well never again! I sent my xbox one back to be repaired
    because it started making a buzzing sound and then it suddenly did not read the game disks anymore! I called xbox support and they had me send it back for repair! I sent it out asap and when i finally received it back after 19 days it came back with an xbox
    360 cover letter saying that they did not find anything wrong with it! I thought it was odd but i was like cool! So as i begin to set up the xbox one console i got an system error code and it would not allow me to continue setting up my console!

    So I get back a console that was sent out for one repair and came back with another issue! So again i call xbox support and again they tell me to send it back! The options that was given to me as like the first time was to send it back to get it fixed
    or have them hold $400 from my account to send me a new one and when they receive my old console back then and only then will they release my money! Which to me is a bunch of crock! I had to pay for shipping to send it back to get fixed and the other option
    is to be charged 400 oh and by the way charge me an additional $15 for their faulty console! I waited till after the weekend to mail it for it to be fixed AGAIN i changed my mind and decide i might as well get a new one because id rather take a chance on a
    new one as opposed to having them try and fix it again and them sending it back to be disappointed again!

    Well lo and behold i called em monday to let them know i have changed my mind and wanted a new one! I was told to track my console and as soon as they have received it then call back and let them know that i changed my mind! I did that and guess what!
    Not only was i not able to do so but some lame operator told me that they would cancel the order send me my console back and then have me call them back to set up an swift replacement!! HUH??? what kind of crap is that! I called back the next day (today) and
    was told that i have to wait for them to fix it and they cant do nothing about! Wait till i receive it and if it cant be fixed then to set up a swift replacement! That is hella crazy! They already have my console and i would think it is easier to just send
    me a new one! It shows me that they only care about holding money from us rather than just take care of those loyal customers such as myself! Not anymore! I think imma go with playstation from here on out! I thought since microsoft is such a big and great
    company that this would be a no brainer! I was wrong! Ill only deal with microsoft when it comes to their computer software! This gaming issue is crazy! XBOX one does not even have that many games to begin with but yet i still decided to shell out my hard
    earned money to purchase this console to just have issues with it and i dont even play often! My console has been tied up with the repair service going on 2 months now and yet i cant play and enjoy my console! Yet the best they can offer is a month free of
    xbox live! I reserved my copy of NBA 2K15 but i have yet to pick it up because i have nothing to play it on! I guess im just one person so this message wont even matter to microsoft! There is not even a place where i can vent to someone that matters yet they
    have the ordacity to send me a survey! I should have known that there was gonna be an issue when i had to pay 2 seperate monthly payments for xbox live just to play on my 360 and xbox 1! Instead of combining the the account as im the one paying for xbox live!
    AT least Playstation has ample games to play on their consoles! Its a shame but i guess i have no choice but to wait for my console to come back to me which by all accounts wont be back for another 2 weeks!! Thanks Microsoft for nothing! Loyal customers get

    GlizMoe that sounds a lot of hassle you've been through have you tried talking to a supervisor to rectify things? Seems crazy they have to send it back only for it to be sent straight back to them!!

    Also you don't need to pay separetly for xbox live on both consoles if you have gold on the 360 then that allows you to play online using the one even a different profile as long as the gold account is also on the one!

    Deezee76 I finally spoke to someone via live chat and yes they did rectify my issue! I feel/felt like I should not have had to go through such hassles to rectify the issue! But I'm glad the problem was resolved! As far as the two separate payment plans can
    u expand or explain more on how I can change that situation?? Because again when I spoke to an xbox rep they told me I had to pay for another xbox live membership! I started my xbox live membership through xbox 360 for my son and when I purchased mine I refused
    at first to purchase another gold membership but when I played my xbox and he played his at the same time I would get kicked out of xbox live! So I decided to get my own so that this wouldn't happen again and besides I purchased the xbox 1 so I thought I would
    have to set up another account! If u can help me better understand the process then I can go ahead and cancel one of the subscriptions! Thanks in advance!

    GlizMoe that's great news you finally got your problem sorted!!!

    As for sharing Xbox live I'm in the same boat ! My son has Xbox live on the 360 in his room and we share the Xbox one in the living room, his profile and mine are both on the Xbox one and both of us can play online (only his profile has Xbox live) also if
    he is on the 360 online I can also be online on the Xbox one at the same time.
