Hi, after spending some considerable time on chat with Adrian from Xbox, I have been advised to use the Forum to lodge a complaint?

I sold my Xbox at the end of last year. My user name is and I thought my Xbox Live subscription would end in Feb 2014. I did not notice it, but the annual subscription was taken from my account and have only just picked this up. As the amount
was taken over 30 days ago, Adrian has advised me to make a complaint. Best of all, he advised me to complain on the Xbox Live Wishlist/Feedback Forum. I tried to access this but there is a clear message on the forum stating:-

take your favorite ideas over to Xbox Feedback and share it with us there too. These forums won't disappear completely, but as of today they will be in read-only mode.

It would be really useful if your staff knew what they were talking about!

As I have not used Xbox Live since last year, and have paid, incorrectly, for a new 12 months subscription, can you please arrange to provide me with a full refund.

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

A gamertag is unique to the individual though so while if something is obviously offensive then you'd expect it to be looked at and maybe complaints being made, on this occasion and with this gamertag, any complaint is without foundation really, and like I said before, it's just merely a case of people being offended for the sake of it.

Hi so me and my 8 of my friends got banned yesterday for a day, because someone in the party(thats not even on my friends list) was tea-baggin and now my xbox is $#@&ed up, its been two days, 6hrs in total talking to Incompetent ppl on ur help line and
all they can tell me basically is that i have about 500$ in xbox stuff in my room thats now garbage, so can someone that knows what they are doing PLEASE HELP ME

 

Sorry to hear about the issue. Sadly there is no one here on this forum that can or help with any refund. The support person told you incorrectly. The only people who can issue a refund would be the same people you were talking to. I would strongly advise
you actually call them and talk to someone. I have had to call on occasion 2-3 times to get something handled. The number (Canada & US) is 1-800-469-9269.

I just purchased an xbox one and all of my friends were saying great things of xbox live gold. when I went on to the xbox.com website to look more into it, it gave me an option of a free ONE MONTH gold trial membership (I assume to let users have a chance
to actually play it to see if it is worth purchasing). I signed up, put in my credit card information, and obtained access to xbox live. no more than 24 hours later my subscription was cancelled. The customer support tech that I talked to said the only thing
they could do was actually purchase a one month subscription for $9.99 and they could immediately refund the purchase. now while he did nothing wrong, I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the service of this, if I didn't have the actual $9.99 to spend right now
to even use it, I wouldn't even be able to try out the service. The rest of my friends also just purchased and xbox one and was waiting on my feed back to let them know if they should purchase the subscription or not. At first, I was all for it, but if this
is the way xbox does customer service, i'm very tempted to even sell my own xbox and get a sony console.

Can you tell me how to make a complaint about a clan because they got they own clan tag and they also been switching it to my clan name .um pretty sure that is tampering with the system..plz can someone help because if they can do thtyself and my clan is
worried tht they could hack into accounts.??

 

estou decepicionado com a microsoft pois tentei compra um jogo na promoção (skyrim) por R$ 31.60 e não conseguir pois o sistema disse que o numero do cartão estava invalido tentei primeiro pelo propio video game xbox 360 depois liguei pro suporte fui até
bem atendido pelo suporte e ele disse pra eu usar o site commerce.microsoft.com pra cadastra o numero do cartão eu tentei um master deu invlido tentei um visa e deu invalido tentei ate um cartão de debito automatico internacional e deu invalido ai eu pensei
não é possivel que 3 cartões estão invalidos ai fui testar no netflix pra eu assistir as series e filmes online que também é internacional e no primeiro cartão que uso eu efetuo a liberção pra poder usar a netflix ai oque eu aprendir que o sistema do xbox
esta com algum problema não conceguir compra o jogo que estava barato e ninguem vai resolver isso como a microsoft fica no estados unidos e o unico meiode resolver as coisas é por e-mail não vai dar em nada isso mais estou muito decepionado com a microsofit
e pretendo mudar de console pra psn pois até os jogos da psn é são melhores doque da xbox live e ainda aconteci isso estou triste com isso e mais um cliente que fica decepionado com a microssoft pois todos os meu jogos são originais não gostaria de hackear
meu console mas pelo visto tenho que fazer isso pois quando queremos compra jogo na promoção pelo pra ter o jogo bom e com baixo custo e original não podemos então hakeando podemos ter a mesma coisa e muito mais barato e menas burocacia

 

How do I make a complaint about harassment towards my son. Also the same people I want to complain is threatening to hack my sons account. I have both game tag names..

 

you would have to file it through the console dashboard the forum is NOT the place to report game tags. you can also mute communications with those users and or set your son's account to friends only so only those on his friend's list can communicate with
him. also there is no way to hack your son unless he gives out his email and password nobody can get into his account. if you feel better you can always have him change the password make it something that is not easy to guess or something with words and
numbers in it.
