    COMPLAINT - UNAUTHORISED CHARGING FOR UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION


    At 5.25am this morning microsoft stole £39.99 from me. I do not have gold as my Internet is too poor, I have not had gold for ages and turned off auto renewal. today I was charged for an unwanted 12month subscription. furthermore, it says it runs out today!
    My purchase history has been mysteriously deleted except for todays THEFT. Of course customer support is a circular trap with no option to reach an actual person. I am extremely upset by yet another microshaft rip off. I want Refund and cancellation, can anyone
    shed light on how I can resolve this?

    Hello.

    My gamertag Deadly Mir4cle was banned in early September, after someone hacked into my account and framed me for Marketplace Theft? Two people I was playing with were very badly behaving and I wasn't saying anything to them. I then played a game with them,
    and they said that they were going to get me hacked. These two people were called
    [mod removed]

    Please help, this has made me very distressed, and my dad's credit card information was on this account.
