    shocking and disgraceful service. Upgraded 360 to Xbox one s Fifa bundle. Set up and acquired three Xbox live for the year for my three sons. Also included was one month free EA access. Unfortunately my son scratched off the code when he tried to remove
    the silver cover so code can't be read. Communicated live with a tech for two hours Wednesday evening with no joy. He eventually asked for pictures of card and receipt and four times emailed us but never received. Gave me a UK number to call. Today (Thursday)
    called Xbox to get code. Told had to call EA. called Ea and told had to call Xbox as their system. Called Xbox and again told ea issue. This went on another three times until ea said it was an Xbox product. Called Xbox to complain and told nobody there. Didn't
    know CEO or how to complain. All I want is the code we are entitled to! Five hours of my life wasted. Somebody who can help please email me

    got banned from one of my gamertags due to harassment when I was the one being harassed gamertag has a federal Tracer in it and this is not cool that there is not a phone number to call you enforcement team [Mod Removed] is this how the enforcement team
    also treat valuable customers and troll people if so I do have a lawsuit this is bull crap this is wrong you need to fix your system and put a phone number so we can get ahold of the enforcement or fire the enforcement team. And then make the support agents

    Thanks, however I’m unable to navigate menus as the controller won’t allow me to. In any case I have now sent my controller back to Microsoft, having finally got them to open a case up for me by writing a complaint to their CEO.

    Just because you are defending yourself does not give you the right to violate the code of conduct that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for the microsoft service the code of conduct can be read at the following website:

    If you break any of the code of conduct and your account is reported your actions are what caused the account to be suspended.

    If someone is harassing you, you would need to block mute and report them, how to do that can be found at the following websites:

    If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can contact the enforcement team by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and file for a case review there and they will reinvestigate the report against you and determine if they can lift the suspension
    sooner.

    This is the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team and the ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner.
