complaint the xbox one joypad exchange arrangement

I reported xbox one joypad problem with serial ( [Mod Removed]) before and MS hotline promised to send me back on 14/Sep.

However, both delivery guy & ms hotline failed for several times.

MS hotline told me that someone messed up with other customer's order, thus I needed to wait.......

I have been waited for long long long time (since 14/Sep).

Both MS hotline and delivery company keep calling me and said they will send me back the joypad ASAP.

However, for unknown reason, both of them keep failing which lead me think "they're making fun me/customer".

I couldn't play game for over 2-weeks because of no joypad.

Still no one update me the process.

I sent several email to ms hotline, but no one can help to settle the case.

please help.

Not only are these going to be expensive but what I have read the joy pad has a battery or ready built in that means you have to recharge ...not a prob but what happens when the life of the battery has gone ....new joy pad I guess and more money..how about
sticking two joy pads in with the console instead of one..

I asked for warranty assistance due to the malfunction of the joypad I paid but the exchange never arrived, a month has passed but I have not received anything.

Sorry you're having issues with your controller. Unfortunately exchanges are not something that anyone on the forums can assist with. I would suggest contacting customer service back with

I recently had my lunar white replaced by microsoft and it went smoothly for me in the UK,waited about 3 weeks all in all as small delay as system didnt recognise the build of controller but then my issue was emailed to the correct department and they shipped
it a day or so later by slow mail but it did arrive.Ask them to escalate it the correct department and they should even be in regular contact to check you received it,if your in the USA its probably different and incompetent such is the training and lack of
customer respect but i had no issues in the UK.

Speak with support explain the issue get them to arrange the exchange, its definately not normal for it to sound that way, i wouldnt worry if you do the advanced exchange once the new is received and the old one sent back, its already done then.

Phone Xbox Support to arrange a repair or you can get an exchange from the store you got it from, if you are still under warranty.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here will be able to help with that. What you'll need to do is contact the store you bought the code from to let them know and arrange an exchange on the code.
