Discus and support Complaint/Support Request in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This is going to be a long one, sorry. So lets get started. My account was suspended for 24 hours.     This is going to be a long one, sorry. So lets get started.

    • My account was suspended for 24 hours. Xbox enforcement reason given: "This account engaged in inappropriate communications
    All that I am trying to figure out at this point is specifics.

    Now something important to note is that I don't regularly use vulgar language and I'm nearly 100% certain I was suspended in error.

    My first step in resolving this problem was to go to the enforcment.xbox.com website in order to gain more information. After a thorough search of the website and not finding any pertinent information I resorted to the worst, calling xbox support.

    They told me to post on the enforcement.xbox.com forums and they will respond. After a quick look I found this
    "Attention: Effective August 17, 2015, the forum is no longer used to address Xbox Live account suspension inquiries."
    The last forum post was in September of 2015. Safe to assume they don't check this forum and it is not a reasonable way to go about finding any information.

    They go on to say that any further action you wish to take can be accomplished through the "Case Review" option. However because my suspension was only 24hrs long they don't offer a Case Review option.

    So I made the next logical decision and called xbox support
    again. They told me that there is nothing they can do to help as the enforcement division is a different department without any way to call or contact them.

    I now have learned nothing, spent about 30 minutes doing so and the service which I
    pay for is suspended for reasons which they can't/won't tell me. This is ludicrous! If you are going to suspend something I pay
    for I deserve to know specifics! I still don't believe I did anything wrong and Microsoft still hasn't presented any proof at all!

    I called one more time and asked to speak with a supervisor. I believe I was not transferred to a supervisor as once I explained the situation to the individual I was talking to, he hung up on me. I called again. Again I was hung up on. I did not use any
    profane language, I was calm, never once becoming aggressive but simply searching for answers.

    At this point I'm appalled. I simply started this searching for an answer and have now been hung up on twice and been run around in circles multiple times. Now since I have at this point spent about
    an hour and a half trying to figure this out for nothing and been treated incredibly rude I decided to ask for compensation. Once again I called, explained the situation, got transferred to a supervisor, and explained it all again. He said there was nothing
    he could do for me. I told him because of everything that has happened up to this point, primarily the poor treatment, I would like to be compensated for my time and energy.

    I asked to be transferred to the supervisors escalation department. I got hung up on.



    So I'm past the point of caring about my account suspension, I want to be compensated for the incredibly poor treatment of myself by
    YOUR customer service staff as well as the one and a half hours of my wasted time. Please make this right.

    This is ridiculous. I find myself struggling to even write this post because I'm almost at a loss for words. But even if Microsoft never makes this right with me (which will most likely be the case)
    this story needs to be told. I hope as many people as possible read this and something happens.
    IT IS NOT OK TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!

    So an update to my situation. I called and called to get the issue resolved and after speaking with a manager was able to get an advance exchange set up for me at no cost to myself what so ever which is good because it is the right answer to keep a customer
    happy when they received a bad console for a repair. How ever I contacted my local Microsoft stir and explained my whole situation that I was having with the support line and asked if they would be willing to do a one for one exchange so I can get back to
    playing especially since I have pre ordered Titan fall and they had no problem with doing so. So today I will be driving about an hour to get my new xbox! I recommend if you have a Microsoft store nearby you should give them a call and see if they are willing
    to work with your situation you might have. The MS Store was more willing to corporate and make me a happy MS customer and keep my service than the MS Support team in TX.

    You can contact support by requesting a call back or chatting with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and send a complaint through them. Otherwise, you were given the correct information in your original thread.

    That's very unfortunate, in your case it seems that they need to bring the case to the higher ups since you received a faulty replacement for your console. Surely there will be an investigation on their end and everything will be rectified just need to wait
    buddy... :)

    If you submit an online replacement/repair you will get a service request number. You can track your order on their website where you placed your order just typed-in the service request number and your zip code, you will see there ETA (You'll get the device
    before or on the said date)

    If the device leaves at the service center you will received another email providing a tracking number where you can track the order on the courier's website....

    Just relax, everything will be okay in the end.. If it's not okay then it's not the end. :)

    I honestly had a terrible experience with customer support, my console is still defective and i called customer service and set up an advance exchange. First i been told it will take 5 working days, 1 week and i have not received anything not even an email
    about shipping the console, on top of that i been lied to on each time i called customer services. Terrible customer support and i hope i will never deal with them again
