Complaint Relating to privacy

Hi Microsoft recently I was playing a game called Rocket League which has a fun system that allows you to trade cool items with other players. And we like to use the clubs to find other players who are interested in our items to negotiate a decision to trade
our stuff with eachother. Well recently I was invited to a party with a player and didn't realized his profile reputation was "Avoid Me". First i would like to state that i wish others would be able to avoid them with a notification to avoid them. But this
person was really interested in an item I had so he had nothing to offer me so he began stating personal information like my network (Comcast, xfinity, etc) and my city location he then told me that if I did not give him The item he would boot my account offline
for about a month i did not feel safe knowing he had access to my personal information like that nd i would like to see him banned. I reported him and hope to see a notification soon. Please message my second Xbox account at "V2 ASLAN" I want to know if people
have the power To do that stuff to others thank you for your time.

Under Xbox One Online Safety there's a setting relating to adding friends. Make sure that's allowed. Also under Privacy, make sure others can see your profile and so on.

 

Relating to last problem

In case it was not known I am talking about Skyrim.

 

If you have reported this person via your console then they will be investigated but chances are you wont be informed if the person is banned/suspended.

The enforcement team sometimes send a thank you message but it is rare.Usually you will not be told the outcome of your report.

Unfortunately some people do have the tools to boot you offline & do what you have described.This is done through your broadband,not xbox live & is something your isp has to address.

All Microsoft can do is ban people who do this from xbox live.
