    Complaint regarding Xbox Elite Series 2 controller repair


    This post that I've just created now here at this forum is to Xbox Support Team.

    I have emailed 2 separate complaints and have not received any reply.

    I tried contacting but Live chat is not working at all.

    It's to do with repair order created on 27/12/2019 where I sent You my son's xbox elite 2 controller and support team messed up and created order repair for oridinary elite 1 controller, they made a mistake. My repair has been cancelled. I was advised that
    ticket was created and that I will get a response within 24 hours since Saturday 18/01/2020, but no reply in regards to the controller.

    I have not received any word back from Xbox support team, I have not received any reply with regards to my complaint, I have no way contacting Xbox support team and I have not received my controller.

    It was a brand new controller worth 160 pounds, with faulty button underneath.

    Initially purchased at Argos in Northern Ireland but they all been out of stock and I could not get it replaced as I had the 30 days to get it replaced, but they have been out of stock.

    Controller sent to Germany with the label provided by Xbox team, received by repair section, but no updates since repair has been cancelled.

    Please get back to me ASAP.

    Like Smwutches mentioned, you should contact support.

    I recommend using the live chat option or the call back option as
    you will be connected directly with an agent

    Previously I contacted xbox support without any issues.

    The problem appeared 2 days ago.

    I always selected "hardware and network" and then "warranty" and it worked 4 times as I contacted them 4 times already.

    Now Im stuck.
