Complaint regarding shipping of xbox one replacements

I'd like to make a complaint regarding the return of my xbox one console from repair. Please could an xbox ambassador contact me.

We definitely understand the frustration and concern regarding your Xbox One X Scorpio Edition console packaging.

However, we're afraid as you'll see on our guide on how to pack your Xbox console for shipping it is stated
that the shipping box you use will not be returned to you.

If you already reached out to chat support regarding your shipping box and were told that the investigating team would not be able to send a replacement box, we're afraid that would be the case.

You should have some kind of confirmation or tracking number for your return/replacement order. Check your
order history, your emails for information from Microsoft, or consider calling Microsoft support (1-800-4MY-XBOX) for information regarding your replacement
order.

It's only a guess on my part, but shipping from MS to you should reasonably take 1-2 weeks (in the US).

Also bear in mind that it's Christmas Eve right now, so expect your order to bear the maximum possible brunt of shipping delays.

 

Xbox Ambassadors do not have any power whatsoever in regards to Xbox. We are only gamers who volunteer our time to help out where we can.

Your best bet here would be to contact phone support and speak with them about your concerns.

 

Since when Unlock means buy, my 7 year old was trick into buying by asking him to unlock, is this fair?

 

Sorry this happened. However, as this is an older thread it would be better for you to create a new one in the future.

As for your issue, if you have a complaint about a purchase you will need to contact phone support as only they can deal with billing issues.
