Complaint - refund requested (twice) and rgiven the run around!

Can anyone tell me why I have had two online chats (equating to two hours) one phone call and two emails and I am still waiting for a refund on my live subscription? I have no xbox to answer the questions I keep getting asked, I have had to reset my details
and this despite the fact that Microsoft have confirmed my identity by means of the card I a seeking a refund on!!!

I have taken the bold step of contacing Bill Gates on the off chance that he can help, I'm not holding my breath on that one!

So my advice, never, ever, ever set up an automatic payment as trust me you will lose hours of your life which can never be replaced! Anyone with bright ideas to get my money back, that are sensible please respond!!!

Or, any complaint email address I can use to issue a fromal complaint as Microsoft don't seem to have any!!!

Error 83118853 re-authorisation impossible as site returns an error

Tried the contact number no work around offered requested a ticket number to track outage for refund purposes

NHL12 pack issues

anyone else get screwed over by EA in NHL12 HUT?

there was a known issue in the game, where they even placed a message in game to tell people to go to some chat site if they had issues.

well I bought a pack with MS pts and never got my pack, I've already talked to their support twice and they keep giving me the run around!

WTF is this crap?! they are obligated to give me a refund!

where can I file and official complaint against them!? this is BS

All you can do is contact support again
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who can issue refunds.

No one else has access to your billing info.

Running into the same issue, and ended up buying it twice, but still not showing in my library--and still showing as purchasable.

Support recommended replying to the refund request email(s) about this issue, so we'll see where this goes.

I have submitted a refund request but it was denied due to being outside the refund window. I preordered it and then my baby arrived 12 weeks early so I have only just got around to switching the console on.

If you can't help can you give me an email to raise a formal complaint?
