    Complaint on an ambassador


    Can someone please help me, I don't know if I posted this right but I really need help dealing with an ambassador who is harassing me through outside social networks. I don't know if it's in anyone's control here but it's getting out of control.

    Seriously? How impatient are you? That's exactly one minute after you posted this thread.

    To answer you question it is quite easy to complain against Ambassadors. Provided your complaint is justified. Meaning the Ambassador in question is breaching the Terms of Use.

    Xbox Ambassadors are not Xbox staff, and must
    abide by the exact rules you do. If an Ambassador breaks those rules, they are subject to the same consequences you do, plus expulsion from the Ambassador program. If you have a legitimate complaint about a particular Ambassador,
    you should make that complaint.

    • If you have an issue with an Ambassador on the Xbox, go into their profile, and use the "File Complaint" options. Have some patience, as every complaint made (against everyone) must be fully investigated before any action is
      taken.
    • If you have an issue with an Ambassador on these forums, simply report their forum post by clicking on the circle with a slash through it, and explain why you're reporting them.
    • If you have an issue with an Ambassador on the Ambassador chat, there are instructions at the beginning of the chat on what you need to do to report them.

    Or just file a complaint against his gamertag. If an ambassador recieves a suspension from the live service they also loose there ambassador credentials

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to report him through his profile so the enforcement team can investigate and take the appropriate action. If he is suspended, he will be removed from the program as well.

    Ambassadors are just fellow gamers and don't have any kind of power.
