    I am very upset because with my effort I buy my games in the marketplaceand that there
    are people like those you mention, that by means of a "BIN"call obtain false credit card information and made to sell new games to 10dollars, please ask to stop such illegal operations, because you are taking
    advantage of people that by not having the necessary information don't yourealize that this is illegal, please investigate the following gamertags for thosethat are are used ste type of theft.

    Then file complaints on them. Both of you would be at fault then. If it's happened before, stay away from those types of people and don't attempt marketplace theft.

    who else feels cheated when permanently banned when you didnt even get a warning or a temp ban for doing something wrong?

    You deserve your ban,you are basically stealing from the marketplace by game sharing.

    By game sharing you surely are letting other people access your account,a violation in itself.

    Hi! Microsoft cannot do anything with these "business".

    No where to report these things, but soon their accounts will be banned or consoles for abusing licencias and use mods for achievements.

    No one looks at how many times you can get offered a refund for something microsoft didnt provide. I bought a game package for 10.70 and never got it in game. Theyre is a bug that wont allow me to buy in game items and that it just started to happen.
    They wont refund me.
