    Complaint not being responded to.


    I have made a formal complaint on the 19th of May,and no one has got back to me. I understand the current global situation, however the first contact was replied to after 24 hours, the informal part that is. But now I have made it formal it seems like they
    now have no interest? I'm not detailing it all here as I still hold hope they will indeed respond.

    Just wondered if anyone has suggestions? Please though, do not suggest live chat. If anyone here has used it, you know exactly what I mean, they just go on and on and try to be your friend, when actually I just want answers, not the awkward small talk.

    Hi,

    Wait times are indeed quite a problem during the current global crisis and I would suggest at the least waiting for a little longer, if you feel your problem has been abandoned, submit a new support ticket.

    Personally, in my experience I have had a lot of success with live chat so I would recommend at least giving it another shot, if you feel your problem can be solved by the community, we are also here to help :)

    If your support thread was about a feature request, complaint and/or suggestion elsewhere, it would of most likely been forwarded to the appropriate department so no further correspondence is necessary.

    I suggest that you block the individual and make a valid report on the individual. These things do take time for they have to be investigated. If this is an issue that falls under certain guideline violations I am sure it will be handled soon

    I always go straight to live chat, if they try to be your buddy shut it down. Be kind, be respectful, but get straight to the point. It cuts the awkward talk to almost nothing.
