    COMPLAINT LETTER – PS4 X-PLATFORM HACKING


    22nd April 2020, Wednesday

    To Person-in-charge,

    I am writing to express my disappointment to the cross-platform gaming with PS4 players. As a long term fan of Xbox over the years, I am terribly upset to tell that I had a most horrendous experience on this cross-platform
    playing system.

    Unfortunately, the purpose for this system has not serviced well because unacceptable amount of PS4 users are using hack to win the game (PUBG) – Hacker hides in a corner of the map yet we get all killed by him in a millisecond
    which can be revised on the killcam video. Many of users have reported this problem through the system to bring this to Microsoft attention.

    I think that the Microsoft needs a role and take act to this system for its loyal customers. I would like Xbox to interfere on this issue by identifying these hackers & banning them from games. The only way to be a most successful
    video gaming brand is provide a fair multiplay platform to all players.

    I will be a loyal customer of yours once again while the issue has been tackled.

    With cross play reports get sent to game devs about cheating, nothing we can do also warzone currently doesn't have the option to turn off cross play.

    I do think its not just a Microsoft problem. Its up the the game makers to help combat this . 👍

    When other players cheat it makes for a horrible experience and I understand your frustration. But I see this as more of a concern of the developers rather than microsoft

    Crossplay is great but you need to blame the devs behind their games that need to imement security measures for their players
