    I am using Xbox one and it's not getting start, and I have call to the customer care but they are not responding and I am not able to find service centre for my Xbox in Mumbai.

    Complaint for Xbox one

    I am trying to switch on my Xbox one console but it's not starting and from 2-3 days it is not getting start. I have call to the customer care but I am not getting any response.

    Worst case scenario, you may need to schedule a repair to send it in to Microsoft:
